Fancy some TEA? CREW Energy are pleased to announce that we have a new energy helpline phone service for the residents of Tooting. Our trained energy advice champions offer a bill-checking service, advice on high bills, utility-related debt, energy efficiency measures and tips to stay warm and healthy at home for less. We can offer a one-off prepayment meter voucher for those in an emergency situation, plus our champions can even help residents to get the ball rolling for grants for larger energy efficiency measures (e.g. underfloor or wall insulation for private tenants and owner occupiers). We can also refer eligible callers to the Thinking Works Winter Warmth programme, opening up even more help, support and access to more energy and money-saving goodness. WHAT IS AN ENERGY CAFÉ?
Our goal is help those whose energy costs have become too high and are struggling to understand the cheaper options out there. We do so by offering friendly advice over tea and cake (that’s where the ‘café’ comes in).
