EPC Assessment

What is an EPC assessment?

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment is designed to investigate how energy efficient a property is. The report contains:
  • Information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs
  • Recommendations about how to reduce energy use and save money
  • An energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient), which is valid for 10 years

How does it work?

Our accredited Energy Assessors visit your property to collect the data required for assessing energy features, and generate an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) using approved software.

Our assessors have each undergone 40 hours of accredited training with XX and completed an assessment portfolio.

Their assessment is tailored to your property and building type (commercial or household) and relevant fittings (heating systems, insulation or double glazing, for example) and will highlight areas of your property that could be made more efficient to help save carbon and save you money on your bills.

Types of EPC

We can offer two types of EPC assessment: domestic and commercial. (comparison table?)
