Our South West London Energy Advice Partnership (SWLEAP) is a partnership between Habitats & Heritage and CREW Energy providing a FREE energy service to help those living in the boroughs of Richmond, Wandsworth and Merton save energy.

How we can help
We offer free, impartial advice on your energy use and bills, plus support with your water bill and any discount schemes you may be eligible for. We can even refer you to any other services you may need, such as debt and benefits advice. How to find us Come along to the Climate Hub in Wandsworth every Friday 1pm-5pm to talk to us about your energy bills or speak to one of our trained Energy Advisors free of charge on 0800 086 2706. Home visits SWLEAP offers Free Home Energy Visits with two of our trained Energy Advisors at a time to suit you. Our advisors will work with you to analyse your energy usage, heating system, insulation, lighting and energy behaviours (such as leaving lights on in empty rooms!). Following your home visit, you will receive an energy saving report outlining our top energy saving tips personalised to your home to maximise reducing your energy bill. Energy-saving devices You may be eligible for free energy saving items, which we can install at no cost, such as low-energy lightbulbs (LEDs), radiator heat reflectors and insulation materials. We can also lend you an ‘Owl Energy Monitor’ to help you understand your electricity use at home! |
